Terms of Service — Deep Bill

Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Deep Bill app ("the app"), published by Deeproots Ltd, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Use of the app

Deep Bill is provided for legitimate business billing, inventory, and store management use.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, including invoice details, GST information, and customer records.
One phone number represents one store account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Free trial & subscription

New accounts receive a 100-day free trial from the date of first registration.
After the trial ends, continued access requires an active paid subscription at the price shown in the app.
Payments are made via UPI and verified manually. Subscription activation may take time while payment is being verified.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Data & backups

The app stores your data locally on your device and backs it up to our cloud servers. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining your own records for compliance and accounting purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

GST & compliance

Deep Bill assists with GST invoice formatting based on the information you provide, but it is your responsibility to ensure your GST registration details, tax rates, and filings comply with applicable law. Deep Bill is a billing tool, not a substitute for professional tax or legal advice.

Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Deeproots Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or tax/compliance errors, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the app for accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
